That Hideous Strength is named after a book by the blessed C.S. Lewis. Not only do we really like this book, but we really like how C.S. Lewis is able to address the more discreet evils of this world. Although we do not incorporate Lewis into our songs, most of our songs do address the darker sides of man. In a culture where greed and pride are often glorified, especially in music, we like to address these topics in the light of their true destructive character.

thsWe are often asked if we are a Christian band. Our answer is that Christ is the Hope of the World. Without him we are all lost. And because of Christ we are free to create. Collectively we create music.

We invite you to ask questions about the music, our lyrics, our non musical interest, or whatever. We like making new friends and we hope you like our music.
